We are a network of experienced executive development professionals who have devoted our lives to helping build the capabilities of leaders..

Our approach is shaped by the career of the founding partner, Doug Brockbank, as well as 15-year partners Dr. Carole France, and Francois Rijk. The three partners have worked with a vast network of experienced leadership development facilitators, consultants and executive coaches who are matched to the unique leadership development needs of each client organization.

Each consultant has many years of experience designing and developing leadership development experiences for Fortune 500 firms. Most have contracted in the past with the largest, top tier consulting firms but prefer to work in a more flexible and focused way with clients.
