1.  We design and deliver experiences to increase leadership capacity while helping deliver on your strategy.  Programs are designed to support building new capabilities while moving the business agenda forward. For virtual engagements, we prefer Zoom technology, but will also work with your remote communication tools to create high-engagement leadership development experiences.

2.  We design and facilitate high stakes meetings, off-sites and leadership summits, including executive team effectiveness. We ensure participants are informed, engaged, and aligned, while helping them address tough conversational and trust challenges.

3.  We provide keynotes and presentations to engage and inspire on a range of leadership or performance topics supporting your strategy.

4.  We provide 1-1 executive coaching to support the individual leader’s desire to increase their effectiveness. Coaching accelerates development, particularly when part of a broader leadership development initiative.

We increase the impact of our work by: (a) emphasizing the drive and motivation to lead, (b) keeping clients laser focused on improvements that support their ability to execute  (c) harnessing the power of peer dynamics and follow through to dial up motivation and accountability, (d) designing or sourcing experiences that foster an emotional commitment to change, and (e) applying the science of habit, combined with mobile technology, to further support new leadership behavior.
